Small Update + Tagged!

Hello everyone! How is your weekend so far? Good, I hope.

The weekend could not have come sooner for me. I'm kinda sick right now. I woke up with a head cold this morning, and I''ve been sleeping all day.

Anyway, I received a bit of good news at work this week. I have moved up the corporate ladder a bit. Hehe. Although I would have preferred it to be under better circumstances, I am always grateful for every bit of windfall that comes my way.

1. I am childish.
I am the youngest in my family and there's a huge age difference between me and my 4 sisters. This meant being treated like the baby in the family even as I got older.I was never overly bratty, though and I have great respect for elderly people. I still like kiddie stuff like toys, cartoons and junk food and get delighted by the smallest things. I cry easily and noisily even at silly things like books, movies and bumps on the head.^^

2. I am very hard on myself.
Although I am very understanding of other people's shortcomings and flaws and also very forgiving of other people's mistakes, It's a lot harder for me to accept my own mistakes and imperfections.

3. I like being alone.
Not all the time. It's just that there are times when I'd rather be on my own. I need a little "Me Time" once in a while when I can be alone with my thoughts or indulge in fun and relaxing things without having other people around to worry about.

4. I don't hide my feelings.
How I feel shows on my face. When I laugh, I do it loudly, and with all my heart. When I cry, I don't care about how I look or if I'm attracting attention. When I'm mad, I let it out. When I'm sad, I don't ignore it or keep it bottled up inside of me. I embrace it and let it go when the time comes.

5. I'm a hippie-chick at heart.
Peace, love, and rock n' roll. And psychedelic colors. ^^ But more than that, I love the idea of saving the environment, protesting war and nuclear weapons, and pursuing one's passion. What I don't like about their way of life, though, are the drugs and promiscuity. And the unkempt-ness.

6. I'm a hopeless romantic.
I don't easily fall in love. It takes a long time to love a person completely, but it takes even longer to let someone go. Also, when I'm in love, other people may as well not exist. I don't notice good-looking guys, not even moviestars. ^^

7. I'm a procrastinator.
I tend to put everything off until the last minute, but I tend to do my best under pressure so it all works out.
