The ColorSensational line of Maybelline lipsticks promises extreme moisture and color. It is available in many supermarkets and drugstores nationwide. and costs PHP 299. I recently got one in Bonbon Pink (P31)
Pink lippies are a kind of obsession for me. I can't seem to get enough of them. This is a pretty pink with a slight sheen that makes your lips look hydrated and healthy. It comes in a lightweight metallic red plastic tube
Likes:
- affordable!
- widely available
- cute shade name!
- glides on smoothly
- non-drying
- no taste (has a faint scent, though)
- - cute shade name! ^^
- got so many bb cream samples from the SA for buying it. high-five!
Dislikes:
- color is somewhat sheer. (not really a bad thing, but I was expecting a more intense color.)
- has slight shimmer (not bad, either but unexpected. I thought only the Water Shine line had it,)
- has a subtle sweet scent in the tube. It's not so bothersome,I can't even identify the flavor.
- might be more flattering on fairer ladies.
ETC.
- I'm not the best authority on a lippie's staying power because I am always eating. Always.

As I mentioned, I got Maybelline ClearSmooth BB Cream samples for my purchase. I love it! Stay tuned for my review on that product as well.

I have the same lippie! I like how bright this pink lipstick is, but it seems to disagree with my yellow teeth. XD

ReplyDeleteI love the Maybelline BB Cream even though it doesn't have much coverage! It's good that you got lots of samples :D Did you get the new ones (Skin Perfecting or something) or the old one?

ReplyDeletelovely bright pink at ang gandah ng lips moh :)) btw jackie i posted na my lip swatch for the benetint ha hmp! ahaha i tried the BB cream and it works well and last long but the coverage is not like a korean bb cream also i got the 1 shade fits all, its light on me >< anyway any BB cream nmn light on me so i use a darker shade powder =P

ReplyDeleteI got the newer one (same color packaging as the powder and blushes) I like it a lot. I had the old one before, it felt really oily. This one is much better. =))
ReplyDeleteI have the same problem with my lips. One corner is discolored. That's why I also prefer cream lippies over sheer.
I agree, it's a pretty color, but not that flattering on me. Haha
